Please read our policies carefully before making a reservation. By booking your accommodation, you agree to these terms and conditions.
General Policies
The Mayapur campus is a fully sanctified arena with totally spiritual atmosphere and expects the visitors to maintain its decorum.
- No smoking or drinking or any type of intoxication is allowed in the campus (not even coffee).
- Eating or carrying any type of non-vegetarian items inside the campus is strictly forbidden.
- Playing any mundane (non-devotional) music is not allowed within the campus.
- No pets of any kind are allowed inside the campus.
- Life Member discount is not applicable on online bookings.
- Married couples must have marriage registration certificates or legally matching ID's with them to avail accommodations. If they fail to do so, the guest house has all rights to deny even a confirmed accommodation.
- Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed accommodations inside the campus.
- Single person needs to do proper verification at the reception to avail accommodation. If he/she fails to do so or generate suspicion of any kind, then accommodation can be denied.
- To cancel your booking for a refund, kindly email your reservation ID to mghb108@gmail.com; refunds are subject to the cancellation policy and will be credited to your account in 7 to 10 working days.
- By booking your accommodation with Mayapur Guest House, you are legally bound by the above-mentioned terms & conditions.
Check-In & Check-Out Policies
Check-In:
- Check-in (any time) after 10.30 A.M.
- Visitors must carry a valid photo ID (of the same name in which the booking is made) without which their booking stands invalid and they would not be allowed to check-in.
- After arrival, please contact Gada Bhavan Main Reception and fill your Pilgrim Registration Form and then you can get the room keys.
Check-Out:
Check Out 9 A.M.
Discount Policy
Discount on rooms rent as per No. of Days stay:
- Stay for 7 to 15 Days -- 10% on room rent
- Stay for 16 or more Days -- 15% on room rent
Discounts can be availed only on rooms booked directly from the website www.visitmayapur.com.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation fees of 0% is charged if canceled before 30 days or more of check-in
- Cancellation fees of 25% is charged if canceled between 30 to 16 days before check-in
- Cancellation fees of 50% is charged if canceled between 15 to 8 days before check-in
- Cancellation fees of 75% is charged if canceled between 7 to 4 days before check-in
- Cancellation fees of 100% is charged if canceled 3 days or less before check-in
Please Note: The total amount to be refunded is calculated by deducting the payment gateway charges.
